If you have aches & pain like in your joints, it will reduce that pain very much. Now, it will make you sweat and has a smell to it like menthol. This is the first time I've seen it in a lotion.

Tuger Balm works very well on my arthritis. It does have a strong scent. b. But not unbearable. The relief is almost immediately felt. Also last a long time. I recommend it highly.
