This was returned because I found a better deal on Amazon for subscription but the product is great because it does not get on your clothes and it stays on well all night and all day long with the same effect of soothing muscle and joint pain as the ointment.

Relief from chronic lower back pain without having to consistently ingest pain medication. It will not cure anything but provides enough respite to carry on. Although a bit tricky to place in difficult to reach areas, pads stick well for full 24 hours. Different sizes available.

I love them. I also use the small size but the large cover more area of the pain and work very well. Now I can sleep at night without waking up constantly because it hurts when I move. Now I can sleep comfortably. Also use them during the day when necessary .
