if you think you can skip assembly steps you won't do your self any favors the instructions once followed allows this set to be assembled by one person in a bout 3 hours..

Bought for my 4 year old Granddaughter, and she loves it. I put it together myself (55 year old female) in about 2.5 hours. Price was reasonable. Picked up at store within 3-4 days.

I got this when it went on sale for my four children and I can say that is really a good swingset. They have lots of fun especially our three-year-old. Easy to assemble also.
