Bought this for my 3.5 month old to help distract her during tummy time and its great. The fish stick together sometimes but a few swooshes of the water inside and they go back to normal.

Seems to be pretty well-made. Back plug is very hard to open to fill with water, but I guess that is good, because it does not leak/ come open when baby plays with it
