      When ever I use this shampoo it softens my hair, since I don't use relaxers anymore my hair is very course but this shampoo softens my hair. I love it!!!

      Maybe I was using it wrong, but I had to use more than other shampoo's to get full coverage. I did not really feel like a "hydrating shampoo" was in my hair, but that's just me.
