Works great. Very important you use as directed. My skin is very sensitive if I don't use accordingly. It will react with a rash. Just be careful. It's strong stuff.

I swear by salonpas - these and the patches with the green packaging are incredible. It's gotta be the ones with all 3 of the active ingredients. Way better than icy hot!!!!
