I bought 3 of these plate racks and they are very good quality for the price. They didn't come with hanging screws but what do u expect for 10.00! I am going to buy more.

It arrived as expected. It did not include screws for attachment to wall, but I had extras at home to use. My screws were silver, but were hidden by the plates. Appears to be well made and sturdy.
