The pasta cooks up al dente in 10-minutes, per the pacakage. While slightly yellower than the fancy-pants stuff I purchased from Italy, everything else is good. This is a great product.

This cooks fast (I love using that from-tv microwave pasta cooker and drainer in one) and seems to hold the sauce very well. Great for tomatoe-y or cheesy sauces, a very economic meal solution.
