I have been using these for my Plantar fasciitis for many years. The arch supports feel great and last a long time before replacement. I plan to continue using them until I can find something better.

Years ago they were recommended by a podiatrist to try before paying for a custom orthotics. They have worked for all. These years and I constantly recommend them to friends and family.

great insoles, would love to be able to resurface them with new padding once that stuff wears off, the plastic holds the shape

I am happy that my feet are happy and so are my ears.these inserts don't squeak. Been using them for about 3 weeks now. Hoping to get a few more.
