This is the first time I bought and used this Tylenol 8 hr, I always have bought extra strength Tylenol. I used it for a headache and it worked really well. My husband takes it for his muscle aches and said it does the job.

works very well, really only works 6 hour and is dangerous to take more than 6 in 24 hours: take that dosage seriously= they can kill you! best to take one at a time, even for severe pain so that you can repeat in 4 hours
