This was for my wife who had Bariatric Surgery. It is a good solid product that, being unflavored, you can mix with other foods to increase the protein level of the end product. You can't do this with the flavored products. VERY good price when purchased in this large a container.

I am on the Ketogenic Diet and I use this in my baking to replace wheat flour. It works perfect, it's a little lower in protein than most protein powders (good for Keto), and it's probably the best price out there for whey protein concentrate.
