The service in getting my product here was fantastic. The price was very reasonable also. The only thing that is really disappointing is that the hose developed a Big Bubble and I know that the hose eas defective....Would be really great if i could get a replacement hose sent.

Great!! My grandson said this was our best purchase for our new house. Have had the one in front for 3 years. Works as designed. Just bought another one for the back. This brand is sturdy and better than others we have tried! Highly recommend!!!

Pleased with purchase Very handy looks good and tidy on brick. No winding which is a grest feature.........just hope the spring mechanism holds up....
