I really like this doggy leave-in for my toy poodle puppy! It's thin, so it spreads really well. I have used it on him damp and dry and it works great both ways. The almond smell is lovely, but not overpowering. The scent doesn't linger, but the softness does.

Our German Shepherd was so dried out due to the summer heat - I used this every few days rubbed it in and brushed him. His fur was noticeably softer and he was shedding less. Smells great too
