Very thick cream. However the tube needs a bigger opening !!! I don't have any issues with my hands, but I know my mother who does, could NEVER get the cream out, she would need to cut the tube open !!

I love this product, is good as Aquaphor but a little cheaper. It's basically the only paste that I can use on my daughter cause of her sensitive skin.
