WHEN YOU ARE GETTING ON IN YEARS YOU LOOK ANYWHERE FOR PAIN RELIEF. I FOUND IT WITH ACE COLD/HEAT WRAPS.IT IS SO EASY AND FAST EVEN I CAN DO IT WHEN I AM IN MY WORST PAIN,i.e.HANDS, KNEES,SHOULDERS ETC. I JUST HEAT IT OR FREEZE IT AND IT'S READY TO GO. THE PAIN EASES SO FAST YOU WON'T BELIEVE IT.

This wrap is awesome it wraps around a knee or leg or back or whatever hurts and can be used hot or cold and stays put because of the long wrap and is removable to wash. I love this Cold & Hot Comp. Wrap. I use it on my ankle & it stays in place w/ the elastic wrap. I am able to go about doing the things I need 2 do. The price was great on this and it helped me heal faster. Thank you Ace for coming up with such a great idea.
