Great purchase! It feels great and good workoutfor my back! Its nice to use to lower the stress in my back and neck! It came with a manual on how to use it and it shows different positions! Would definitely recommend it! Good for gifts this Christmas

The mat is awesome. Takes some getting use to but once you get beyond that the comfort is never ending. You can use the pillow for your legs and feet as well. Great item for the money. Highly recommend the mat.
