OMG, these are scrumptious! The crust is light and very crunchy, and the lemon filling is amazing! If you like lemon, you'll LOVE these. I'm hooked!

I saw these in the canned fruit aisle with the other Buddy Fruits products. I wasn't sure if these are meant for adults or kids, but they're so good! The lemon is tart enough, but not too sour or sweet. The tart/cookie part doesn't crumble and also tastes good.
