Tetra LED Hood, Low-Profile Aquarium Hood with Hidden Lighting

I have 3 aquariums at my school. The hood lights break all the time. I can use the hood for years but the lights last a lot less. I have to buy things through the central office it's not easy to get receipts or refunds. Get better lights or sell replacments.

This is the second 24 x 12 hood we have purchased in the past few years. This time the lights lasted a whole four months. I think last time they lasted maybe a year. I understand there is a one year warranty… I would like a replacement, please?

Lights stopped working, but everyone has the same problem, that your company is not addressing. The problem seems to be water getting into to bulbs at the site the cord goes in. Ive been a fish keeper 56 years and thought of tetra as a reliable product, your replies customers shows otherwise.

I modified the hood to make it work on my 10 gallon tank. I have the glass top on my tanks. That keeps the hood from lowering down all the way. Hinges should be a little higher for tanks with the glass cover. (used a heat gun to mold the hood to close) also there is a notch in the hood that...
