[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Casually got a cold these past weekend so they came in handy. They helped with my sinus congestion and headache, so I can say they definitely work. Also it's really good that they don't make you sleepy. Oh, they have a sweet taste.

Most effective sinus pressure and drainage relief from any product I have ever used. Only need 1 medium size table every 4hrs.
