After enjoying the original Twinnings Chi Latte for the past 8 years or so we were very disappointed when we were shipped the "new" product. It tastes like a watered down version of the original. Certainly not a quality product that we would expect from Gevalia.

The chai tea drinkers in my family did not like the new formula for the tea. It did not have much of a taste of tea and the taste of the powdered milk was overwhelming. I would not buy it again.
