I am a cookies and cream lover, I love almost anything cookies and cream flavored. If you are the same way, DEFINITELY try these. My teeth are also very sensitive to where I can't eat certain things and these don't hurt my teeth at all. Definitely a must have and high recommend getting these.

My father-in-law, husband, and I love these things! They're not so good for me though because I'm lactose intolerant, so I had to stop buying them. The brownie flavored ones are okay, but not as good as these. I highly recommend them.
