Shakespeare Complete Lake/Pond Spinning Kit

Had this combo for less than a week, and the screw holding the roller on the bail backed out for no reason, making the reel useless. I would have expected better quality from Shakespeare.

Im from meadow lake sasketchewan and bought this last month, When i used it 2nd time , the cap on the handle breaks while i was turning it. It was made of plastic thats why breaks easily, cheap material though
