I needed a magnifying mirror for putting on makeup. I have to take my glasses off to do it, but then I'm a blurr when looking in a regular mirror. This really did the trick. The thing is that at first it's shocking seeing your face so enlarged because you see every line, wrinkle and freckle, etc.

it arrived today and was exactly what i wanted. unfortunately the one i had for many years fell and broke. i tried a few others but they weren't quite right. the stand is solid which will make it hard to fall over. thinking about ordering another one just in case.
