For me, it was just very bland. Maybe I prepared it wrong, but it just didn't stick out very much for me as far as taste goes. I really don't know if I'd recommend this or not simply because I wasn't sure if I tasted it fully or not. Still the cow on the bag is cute :3

I used this to make a ham macaroni and cheese dish. I have to say that I am generally over processed cheese stuff - if I am going to make mac and cheese I'll use Colby jack or something. This was less sharp than something like Kraft, but it still tasted like cheese powder at the end of the day.

I was hoping it would have a stronger cheese flavor. I prepared mac and cheese with whole wheat pasta. Maybe I added too much pasta to the mix? In any case, it was a little thinner than I cared for and a little light on the flavor. I love the packaging though. Very eco-friendly.
