I only need to use this shampoo about every 3 days. (I use the conditioner, too) My hair has been able to grow to the middle of my back because it stays moisturized and my ends stay neat and don't split. I am very happy with this product. And it smells really good, too :)

The fragrant of this shampoo smells really good! I always get compliments. I have to use a substantial amount of shampoo because it doesn't lather as much as other shampoo. It's free of harsh chemicals so it doesn't strip your hair!
