Brand New, they are dull, and don't clip well. Very disappointing, as Revlon clippers I have owned in the past were good.

Does not cut well at all. I was sucked in by the flashy packaging and the two-in-one feature. This product is a flop. Shame on Revlon for even offering the clipper to the public. Do not waste your money. Not a lot of money spent but it is MY money!

Flashy color catch the eye, but that does not cut toenails. Clippers are weak and dull. Requires large amount of force to get to cut. After only one use you have to rock clippers back and forth on toenail to start the cut.

Really like the double-sided clipper. It does a great job of clipping rounded or straight nails. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and they are very easy to use.
