These products are all #10 cans which seems impossible to expect judging by the price. I've used spinach flakes for many years because they are a flavor enhancer for eggs, meatloaf, meatballs, etc., that also adds nutrients. A #10 can goes a long way too.

Product is good quality, very finely broken up more like a seasoning would be..that is the only downside I wish the pieces were a bit bigger but taste is great.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this product. When I opened the can and saw the flakes, I had doubts; but I cooked up a serving, and the result was quite good - much better than frozen. The possibilities for this product are nearly limitless for one who loves spinach like I do. I doubt that ...

So good and handy to have on hand for soups, dips, rice, corn or flour wrappers, mixed with choice meat or veggies & got a meal. Live in rural area and so glad I have this on hand for the unexpected meal , and fact is company couldn't tell from fresh or frozen spinach.

I love spinach and I am so pleased with this purchase. I put some of these ( dried flakes) in a lot of things I cook because I have trouble with anemia and it is a wonderful source of iron. I use it in soups, salads and just about all kinds of vegetables. It is less expensive and keeps forever!
