downloaded songs and one video into it and the next thing later i play a song and all i hear is the background music and not the singing and when i played the video it froze up wouldn't unfreeze untill it died. Don't get this product it is terrible.

was no happy with mp3 player it was cheaply made and when it was turned up on 32 wich is the highest level it could go i could still hear my wife talking to me as she was sitting next to me on the bed not worth the money to me !!!!!!!

Cheaply made. Hard to navigate. Unacceptable volume levels when attached to an external device other than earbuds. I strongly advise spending a little more for a better player. I would not recommend this unit and will return for refund.
