I use this product on my Motorcycle and it holds my phone very well. The ball mount enables the phone to be angled how you like it (roughly 10 degrees in any direction). It's made entirely out of plastic so it's not going to last forever but for the price, that's acceptable.

No issues thus far. I would suggest using the extra bungees, though navigating a touch screen becomes tricky.
