Works as expected. Increased my blood vit D levels and improved my mood. They changed the formula, so it's not as high of dose per volume, but it still works fine.

So far it's been great. Love that it's liquid so I can put it in smoothies. Doesn't have alot of other ingredients.

I have been taking it daily; I won't know how much it improves my Vit D deficiently until they do blood work on me again in 3 months. But the taste is good and it mixes well in my drinks.
