This cutlery is very sturdy, and the knives have cut my tomatoes better than some metal knives I've purchased at dollar tree or elsewhere! Crazy! A spoon is a spoon, but the forks also stand up very well to foods I wouldn't have guessed. Better than expected!

I only buy these because the white plastic cutlery that is sold is very flimsy and breaks easily. These stand up under pressure and heat.

I like that they are see-thru, and hold up through a meal. Although I have not used them for steak; that will be fun to try. These work pretty well.
