Setup was not difficult, didn't use instructions. Have a large cat and he fits in the box and is comfortable on most all levels. The top is a little wobbly at times, but he is comfortable there regardless. Great price, great product!

My kitten really like this condo. Only had for two weeks and not too sure will last a year because of the roughest of her playing but she having fun and that important for now. Went online for directions but they were of no help. Needed to look at box to for directions.
