This shredder is the best shredder i've ever used. I love this shredder more then my first 2 husbands combined. This shredder makes my job so much easier to do, and it gets my shredding done in half the time. It's amazing.

It does jam and makes a huge mess when emptying the shredded papers. I thought it would be better since it cost more than twice than my previous shredder which I tossed in the garbage because it always jammed

I just got this shredder this afternoon & find it quite difficult to place the head on the basket. If its not right the shredder won't work. The weight of the cutter head is heavy and hard to handle. Other then that I have no complaints. It works really well shredding.
