      Nice. I had an allergic reaction to Lil Critters either from the flower extra or the shellfish manufacturer. Not a problem with this vitamin. Only reccomend eat with something in your belly, b/c vitamins tend to nauseate me on an empty stomach. I see a difference in my nails and energy.

      When you say “complete” do you actually mean INCOMPLETE? In my opinion, complete vitamin would include 100% of the daily value of all vitamins for children 4 and up. It should also include iron. If this is not possible, do not call it “complete.” It is misleading to the consumer.
