They are easy to install, put them right on the window above the sink. honestly its unsightly but it works. I live in Virginia and there are a lot of flies that come into the house. These traps works great. Flies spend most of their time in windows and these things catch most of them. Some flies do manage to get off sometimes like they just aren't sticky enough. Overall I love these things and would recommend them to everyone who has flies.

This works very well. I stuck one on a sheet of plastic next to a note light in the garage. It's keeping them out of the house in the first place. For the ones that do get in I stuck one to a window and my kitchen and pet bows are free of flies!!
