I have been trying to find a pasta substitute and this is great (when fresh anyway)! It doesn't do as well if you cook all in one day and refrigerate unless it is coated in a sauce of some type. I like that I can now eat pasta again :-)

Excellent gluten free product. I use it as a ramen and even a substitute for pasta in recipes.

I love these, just boil add sesame seed oil, soy sauce and green onions and oyster sauce. By grand son soups the noodles up. You can add spinach and shrimp or chicken. Quick n easy.

These noodles were super easy to cook and are very delicious! All you do is when cooked add them to your favorite Asian seasonings, vegetables, meat/sea food w/ sauce or no sauce and its a tasty dish!
