      I am no techie at all and I had no idea how to set this dvr up. I had an existing system in place and just wanted to swap out the dvr. Well my plan sounded easy but when I hooked up the dvr I was not able to view online. So I called night owl tech support, which happens to be open 24/7... Awesome...
