I needed baking powder without salt and this product serves my purpose. I am diabetic and I have hypertension and it can be difficult to find good products without salt. Thank you.

Wonderful pancakes with this salt free baking powdered and sour milk. What a relief to be taking excess salt out of our food! Expiration date on can is four months but, still worth it. Baking powder it replaced has 50 mg of sodium per 1/8 teaspoon on its label - who uses only 1/8 teaspoon?

Featherweight Baking Powder is great for people who are on low salt diets. It is sodium free and gluten free. I love to bake and have used it for years instead of regular baking powder, with great results. Just substitute the same amount of Featherweight Baking Baking Powder for the regular baki...
