I love this product! I have alot of back issues and this works well. It temporarily relieves the pain, or at least helps get your mind off of the pain by feeling cold and hot. I use it anytime I'm feeling really bad. I love it and would use again. I highly recommend! Icy Hot Back Patch

I am a sonographer and I work with big machines and patients in the hospital. My shoulder and back gets in trouble quite often with wear and tear pain. It works wonders as I can just put the patch in that area and not be greasy with creme. I recommend using it to isolated pain areas. #influenster
