This is a horrible product, it connects then rarely ever works! Keyboard typing is slow (if you get it to work) and has to be charged alot! I will be returning this product as I got it for Christmas!

The only directions provided are sketchy with info on how to connect Bluetooth. Doesn't work with all Playbook Apps. Bluetooth doesn't always work. You have to charge keyboard and charge does not last more than two hours.

This is a nice looking product but it does not sync with the Blackberry Playbook well. When and if it syncs it loses the connection or it is slow while typing but the leather case and the concept fo the keyboard is a fantastic idea. I also wished it had a mouse pad.

Got this item for Xmas, syncs up easily and works like a charm. When the case is set up you can type and view the screen very coveniently. Great extra.
