Should have better description of item and have someone that you can ask questions about item on line. We should be able to return items from vendors directly to a store.

since I have it, it has been useful, the call is clear, with other forms of internet calls I do not pass, it seems good, I use it with Google Voice, and I do not complain, I could only try sending a fax , at that point I do not know.

The negative reviewers are completely wrong. This works perfectly as long as you have a good internet service. Very easy to set up. Best of all, it's completely free. I have been using this for over a year with Google voice number and have never had a problem.

I only gave two stars on this item for the following reasons: 1. It drops off line on a regular basis. 2. Human customer service is nonexistent. Following a voicemail's instructions is like speaking a foreign language. No recourse in clarification. 3. They automatically bill you one year ...
