Not being a connoisseur of coconut oil I can only tell you that this is a good product at a reasonable price. I don't know what more expensive oils would have that this one doesn't. This oil has a very slight coconut aroma which you may or may not like.

I have just about quit using olive oil for cooking and use this instead. Everything that we sauté is in this stuff. I even melt down and use instead of butter in candies. Try it, you'll love it.

I use this to give my dog her allergy meds, plus rub on her dry skin and coat. I use it as a moisturizer and i eat a teaspoon twice a day. Coconut oil is good for so many things, but I like to stick to this brand.
