It's just so easy to take, it's a small capsule which makes it so easy to swallow. The packaging is very small so it's easy to store in your purse. I didn't have any side effects.

I found out last year that I have a severe magnesium deficiency. I immediately ran to the pharmacy to search for a good deal for the price but was still an effective, fast acting product. I bought capsules they are generally more affordable and flavor free. Some of those gummies are nasty! Lol!

This is a great brand for vitamins, very accessible (sold in most major stores) and quite affordable. Regarding magnesium, make sure you read the label to see what type of magnesium it is so you don't buy the wrong kind.
