It does not replace the sunlight however on the snowy or rainy days it can be a temporary replacement. I definitely recommend this product to everyone

Pretty standard vitamin. You aren't sure if it works especially if you aren't deficient. For me the pill is a bit on the big size but not unmanageable. Cost is great, easy to find in drug stores. Better to be safe than sorry.
