I highly recommend this for those who have trouble relaxing and sleeping. It have a deep, earthy flavor that's quite comforting. A cup or two slowly sipped in the evening does the trick for me!

It's different from other relaxing teas in that I feel so creative and clear after drinking it. Love the sage and lavender flavors. Sometimes I throw half a box under the hot water when I draw a bath, and it smells amazing so soothing.
