A pure and trusted product. I bought this not for cooking. I feel high heat as in cooking takes away medicinal properties. I add it my coffee and tea. I mix it with a bit of apple cider vinegar for salads. This is a high quality product.

Great product, lots of uses in the kitchen and as hand lotion. I use it baking instead of butter when making frostings, and for greasing pans. Excellent for butter-free sauce' and pan-frying. I trust the maker for quality. So buying and using this is a no-brainer.
