Very easy to use. Has a good flavor but is very basic. Half way through I topped with potatoes. I cooked mine on low. We added a little more garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Easiest way to enjoy a tougher cut of meat. Since I live alone, I can freeze the leftovers and enjoy it down the road.
