This tea is aptly named, for it's relaxing, a natural stress releaser. I like to drink it before bed at night. I, also, enjoy it before meditation, as it helps settle the mind. I don't miss a day without enjoying one or more cups of Relax.

This tea has a nice licorice flavor that tastes very good with honey. It is calming of course but I have found it especially helpful for my digestion after a meal and before bed. My only complaint is that it is getting harder to find, I hope it will still be available in the future.

I tried this a few weeks ago looking for something different to drink at night. I love it and so does my husband. It is soft, just the right amount ofsweet tasty marshmallow with a nice calming effect.
