While doing research on the benefits of Aloe , I happened to purchase one bottle of Aloe Gloe. It is now a daily beverage. I feel it is refreshing and very soothing . If someone has "stomach" issues , I would highly recommend adding a glass of Aloe Gloe to there daily routine.
