This is my favorite machine. Just bought my second. It wore out after 3 years.

This machine is lightweight and I had not much hope for it, BUT the sounds are very real. We are only interested in the rain sound. We listened to all sounds and for this box NO TINNY sounds on any of the noises.

I use this product every night to help me to fall asleep. I like that there is a timer option. The brook sound is my favorite out of the 6 sounds. I typically use the adaptor, but I have also used batteries on a recent trip.

I have a tough time sleeping at night. This sound machine helps a lot. It has 6 sounds to choose from. I use white noise. It comes with an adaptor. You can use 3 AA batteries. There is a timer that can be set for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. I use the timer every night and it works like a charm.
